Themed weddings have become very popular in the last two decades, and while they will certainly never overtake traditional wedding ceremonies, having a themed party can take the stress out of deciding what style of decoration you want to use.

Western wedding decoration is a simple affair, as long as you can organize everything you want around that theme, Obviously, western wedding decorations will never fit into a more traditional wedding, but if you are having an informal ceremony and reception, it can be an entertaining and memorable thing to do.

You should also be able to find miniature cowboys, or horse-related items, at your local toyshop. If you want to take your western wedding decoration to the limits, then you will probably also find Indian headdresses in the same place. Small cactuses will make excellent centrepieces.

For those with bigger budgets, you can incorporate more of western wedding decoration into the venue by renting wagon wheels.

These can become part of the floral arrangements by threading flowers through the spokes.You can look on the internet for western wedding decoration trinkets and ideas, and you may be able to grab a few bargains which will make your theme feel more authentic (assuming you want it to be authentic). You can also make ‘wanted’ posters on your computer, and then hang them along the walls leading to your venue.
