The hall where you hold your wedding reception will be the place that you remember when you think about the day; therefore, you need to think carefully about the wedding hall decoration.

You have probably already arranged the decoration of your church or registry, and you can carry on the themes that you started there.

If you opted for a more traditional white wedding, with white decorations, then you can follow through with this into the hall. If you have decided upon a theme for your ceremony, then this will obviously be repeated in the hall where the reception is held.

You will need to arrange the wedding hall decoration so that it conforms to your wishes. To do this, you can either rely upon a wedding planner: someone who will arrange every aspect of your wedding from the ceremony to when you and your new husband leave for the honeymoon.

However, these can be very expensive, and a simpler idea is to take control of your wedding yourself, and plan your wedding hall decoration on your own.

When you are thinking about the wedding all decorations, go down to the hall, and look at it in the daylight.

How much room is there, and will your guests be very cramped?

If so, there will not be a lot of room for any decorations.

The hall might seem very large, in which case, you can plan for a large amount of decorations: anything from a balloon stand to a candelabra and a table set with flower arrangements.

You may be having a themed wedding: in which case, you can have the wedding hall decorations to match your ceremony, or even the style of clothes you wear.
