You may be surprised at the difference in a customer’s mood and opinion of a company at Christmas when they compare two like offices one that has office Christmas decorations and one that does not.
Offices have very limited space, so use it properly. Make a Styrofoam snowman and do not use snowflakes because it will create a mess. Instead use cotton to imitate snow. Use white, green and red balloons, garlands and golden balls.
Avoid using lights because of short circuits, use golden balls instead of silver because silver color will hide itself in white office furniture. Use lots of colorful tinsels and place them on the monitors, or hang them with cabin doors.
An office that does not have any Christmas decorations reminds customers of the character scrooge and his workplace; it really gives the impression that you are all business at the cost of all else.
The addition of even minimal office Christmas decorations will alleviate this opinion – your customers don’t want your office to look like Santa’s workshop but they don’t want to be reminded of a sweat shop either.
On the event of Christmas, people not only decorate their homes but they also decorate their offices.
