Decorating a baby's party or birthday
cake can also be very complicated; obviously the guest of
honour will not remember the day, and there is an argument
that it is merely an event to satisfy the adult family members.
However, it is only naturally to want to celebrate
the big 1, and you can always take pictures of the event
to show to your child when it is older.
Even before you have a baby, you might need to decorate
a baby shower party. This can also be done with a little bit
of careful reading.
Instead of hiring someone to come in and organize
the party, do it for yourself, and see if you can't have fun while you’re
planning the decoration and arranging the whole event. Sometimes, it can add an extra kind of thrill, and there's no one around to tell you what to have (and no-one around to tell you when your decorating clashes, either). Decorate, but have fun, too.
